Returns & Exchanges

    Any items, except for sales items or promotional codes orders, may be returned. All returns must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition. Simply email us at  hello@play-mei.com with your Name and Order Number within 7 calendar days upon receipt of delivery. Refunds are only provided in the form of store credits and valid for a year.  
     
    1. I WANT TO CHANGE THE SIZE  
    Please include the size you would like to exchange to in your email.
    2. I WANT TO CHANGE THE DESIGN
    Please include the name of the design you would like to replace with in your email. If your replacement piece is lower in price, store credits equivalent to the difference in price will be issued to you. If your replacement piece is higher in price, you will be required to top-up the difference in price. 
    3. CHANGE OF MIND

    Please include the reason for your change of mind in your email, we are always looking to improve our products :) Store credits equivalent to the purchase price of the returned item will be issued to you after we received it. 

    4. DEFECTIVE ITEMS

    We pride ourselves in the quality of our shoes and check all orders before items are mailed out. However, in the unlikely event you received a defective item, email us with photograph(s) of the defect.  

    RETURN POLICIES FOR THE ABOVE SCENARIOS

    All returns should reach us within 14 calendar days of your receiving of the original order and must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition. 

    Please note that you are responsible for the postage costs of returns. In this regard, please select a delivery method that allows tracking. Play-Mei does not accept responsibility for any lost returns. 

    A replacement piece will only be sent out after we receive the returned item. If your replacement piece is no longer in stock, store credits refunds equivalent to the purchase price of the returned item will be issued to you. 

    Store credits are valid for a year (365 days) from date of issue, are strictly non-refundable, are not eligible for an extension and cannot be exchanged for cash.

    5. INCORRECT ITEMS

    If you have received the wrong item, email us and we'll arrange for a courier pick up at your address. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition. If the correct item is no longer in-stock, store credit or refund will be issued instead.

    6. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

    We do not accept any returns and/or exchanges for international orders. We apologise for any inconveniences caused.
